Terms and conditions for using sky drive services

Your skydive may be rescheduled by contacting us at skydivechiangmai.business@gmail.com a minimum of 3 days prior to your scheduled booking. Failure to arrive on your scheduled booking time, will result in the loss of your full purchase price of each booking made.

Skydive Chiang Mai requires every tandem customer to meet both weight requirement not more than 110kg. There is a surcharge on site if your weight is in between 94Kg – 109Kg. Rates are also available on FAQs section.

There is no age limits to do Skydive in Thailand, Any customer less than 18 years old or over 60 years old on the day of the jump both are required fit to fly or complete a consent form before jumping.

If you are between 60 – 75 years old on the day of the jump, or have suffered from any of the medical conditions listed on our website, you must submit a filled and signed copy of the Declaration of Fitness form from your doctor.

There must be no alcohol, drugs, or scuba diving 24 hours before your skydive.

If you do not meet the requirements to jump, (including all of the above) you will not be permitted to skydive and will forfeit the full booking payment.

All payments are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you reschedule your booking outside of your payment validity, you will be required to pay on arrival.

Skydive Chiang Mai has the right to cancel operations due to unfavorable weather conditions, or extenuating circumstances outside of Skydive Chiang Mai’s control.

Skydive Chiang Mai does not honor bookings made through non contracted travel agents. Any partner agents must book through the B2B portal.

Please plan to spend between one to two hours (i.e. from your scheduled check in till the time you complete your skydive) at our locations on the day of your skydive.

** Customers weighing over 93kg, will require an additional assessment by our Drop Zone Safety Officer or Tandem Master due to restrictions to the harness size, weather conditions and safety reasons. A surchage is available on FAQs section and the payment shall be collected upon check-in.
